Creating your account
Sign up with your mobile number. We send a one-time OTP to verify your identity — no email required.
- Your mobile number is your login — keep it updated
- Add a display name and photo to build trust with buyers and sellers
- Accounts are free — there are no subscription fees
Managing your listings
All your active, paused, and sold listings are in "My Ads". You can edit, relist, or delete any listing from there.
- Mark items as "Sold" once a deal is complete
- Relist an expired ad with one click
- Pause a listing temporarily without deleting it
Notification preferences
Control which notifications you receive in your Profile Settings.
- New messages from buyers or sellers
- Alerts when saved searches have new matching listings
- Reminders to relist ads that are about to expire
Account security
Protect your account by following these best practices.
- Never share your OTP or password with anyone — Open Bazaar staff will never ask
- Log out on shared or public devices
- Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
